We worked with The Cherry Barn for our wedding in September. From the day we booked with them until our big day, they were so wonderful to work with! Any time I reached out with questions during our planning process, they responded almost immediately. All of their staff that we interacted with were always incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating. The venue itself is so stunning & we had so many compliments from our guests! Being able to use the space for our rehearsal dinner the day before and having time Sunday morning for cleanup was a huge plus that we were so grateful for. I can’t sing their praises enough!! They even helped finalize setup and make sure the space was warm and dry the morning of our wedding! We truly feel so lucky to have been able to work with such a wonderful group of people who helped make our day as least stressful as possible. The Cherry Barn overall is outstanding!

We literally cannot say enough about the Nugent family and this venue! We just had our wedding here, and it was incredible in every sense of the term. Beth was so easy-going and wonderful to work with from start to finish, even through COVID induced postponements and changes…and Dede and family were just the best when wedding weekend finally arrived. Not only is the venue literally perfect and breath taking, but the people are kind, thoughtful, patient, and genuine. They remembered small details which meant a lot to the groom and I, and worked to make everything perfect. Dede hung out with my girls and I all morning to help us as we slowly and peacefully put finishing touches on the venue, and then was always right there as we needed her through the evening. Venue coordinators had everything completely handled should northern Michigan weather turn on us, and I never once felt stressed out, which I owe to Dede, Beth, and company. Our wedding guests have not stopped raving about this venue, even a month later. It just doesn’t get better than this in Northern Michigan. Thank you SO much, Nugent family. We will forever remember our big day at your picture perfect venue.

The Cherry Barn was the perfect place to have our closest friends and family to celebrate our big day! Beth and the rest of the Nugent family helped make our special day go so smoothly and memorable for our family and friends. From the moment we booked the Barn. Beth was always available to answer any questions we had and was very attentive to our questions. Pete and John helped us out so much during the wedding weekend and made us feel like we were at home the entire time. The venue is so beautiful and there are so many places to take great pictures.
