What is included in your base rental price?

Your reservation begins from start to finish, Friday at noon to Sunday at noon and includes the set up of tables and chairs, and the facilities. This includes the time it takes for you to set up and clean up. Any additional time will be billed accordingly.

What months are you open?

Mid May - Mid October

Can we bring our own alcohol?

Yes, you may bring your own alcohol. A TIPS or TAM certified professional bartender(s) is the only one permitted to dispense alcoholic beverages. Liquor liability insurance will need to be purchased if your bartender does not carry it. This license is to be on file one week prior to your event.

Are we required to use your caterers/bartenders/etc?

We do not require you to use any specific vendors for your event. A list of our preferred vendors can be found under our Vendors tab.

Do you have on-site parking?

Yes we do, and it is handicap accessible.

Do we need insurance for our event?

While our venue is fully insured, you will need to purchase a one-day insurance policy to cover your guests leaving the property after the event. You will also need to purchase insurance if you are serving alcohol. All this is explained in detail in your rental agreement.

Is there lodging on the property?

We do offer 2 one-bed glamping cabins which you are welcome to rent if they are not already booked (Check out Woodland North for more info). A list of local campgrounds and hotels can be found under our Vendors tab under “Hotels

What is your cancellation policy?

All payments made including deposits, are non-refundable.

Can we have our dogs in our ceremony, or on the property?

Yes, we love dogs! We just ask that you clean up after them.

May we have a bonfire/campfire on the property?

At this time, we do not permit fires of any kind in order to protect the fruit trees.

Can we use sparklers?

Yes, as long as they are used outside of the barn and you have a bucket with water in it in order to dispose of the used sparklers after you are done.

What is the size of your tables?

The round tables are 72” and the rectangular ones are 8’ long.

What is the size of The Cherry Barn?

The Cherry Barn is 100’ long x 20’ wide, with an uncovered 14‘ cement pad on the south end.

Do you provide linens?

No, we do not provide linens.
